Refund policy

 

An item doesn't fit or isn't right for you? You have 14 days after delivery to send it back and get a refund. Here's how it works.

 

The deadline

You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to tell us you want to return one or more items, with no need to give a reason. Once your request is sent, you then have another 14 days to send the items back to us.

 

What condition to return items in

To be accepted, items must be returned as new: unworn, unwashed, complete, with their tags attached and their hygiene packaging intact where applicable. You can try them on, just as you would in a store. An item that has visibly been worn or damaged may be subject to a reduction on the refund.

 

How to proceed

1. Email us at contact@silverbacksportwear.com with your order number and the items concerned.
2. We confirm the steps to follow and the return address.
3. Send the items back within 14 days, well protected.

Return shipping costs are at your expense.

 

Your refund

As soon as we receive and check the items, we refund you within 14 days at the latest, to the same payment method used for your order. The original shipping costs, at the standard rate, are also refunded.
